Since every need and transaction is different, I draw on our 120+ years of real estate experience in my office to meet your specific goals. You benefit from our experience, marketing capabilities and ability in networking with other Realtors to get your job done pleasantly and efficiently.

I have been selling real estate in Grand Island for 17 years! (Full-time since 1998). I moved to Grand Island in 1966 when my parents moved our family from Campbell. NE. At that time, Skate Island was surrounded by cornfields, and I wondered why they would put a skating rink in the country. Now look at it - it is in the middle of the business hub of GI. I have been here a long time and I know a lot about Grand Island and really love it here. Doing what I love to do and at an office I love to be at really makes a difference.
